Does the bike fold for storage?+
Yes. The Spacewalk EB012 uses a three-step folding design. Check the product dimensions against your trunk or storage space before ordering.
How far can I ride on a charge?+
The manufacturer lists approximately 45–60 miles for the 48V / 15Ah battery. Your real range depends on rider weight, terrain, temperature, speed and riding mode. Higher assistance and throttle use reduce range.
Can I remove the battery to charge it?+
Yes. The 48V / 15Ah lithium battery is removable, so you can charge it indoors. Follow the supplied charging and storage instructions.
How much can the bike carry?+
The listed maximum total load is 265 lb. This is not a rear-rack capacity. The rear rack is intended for everyday cargo; ask our team for its specific rating before carrying heavier loads. This model is designed for one rider.
How does delivery work?+

What warranty comes with my bike?+
Your Spacewalk EB012 includes a 1-year warranty. You can add one extra year for $199.99 per bike, bringing the total to 2 years. The extension starts after the included year and is optional. For warranty assistance, email contact@igniteluxx.com with your order number.
