E-Bike Accessories: A Compatibility Checklist
Check helmet sizing, lock dimensions, phone-mount fit and handlebar space before buying e-bike accessories. Build a setup that works for your bike and daily route.
Helmet: measure before choosing a size
Measure your head circumference and compare it with the size range of the exact variant you select. Check the retention adjustment, fastening instructions and the product's stated intended use. A model name alone does not establish its fit or certification.
The ROCKBROS HC-58 listing includes multiple configurations. Review the selected size, color and dispatch option before adding it. If a certification detail matters to your purchase, request documentation rather than assuming it from a product photo.
U-lock: check the space inside the lock
Compare the lock's usable opening with your frame and the fixed anchor you expect to use. An overall product dimension does not necessarily describe the clear opening inside the shackle. Consider how you will carry the lock and follow its instructions. No lock removes all theft risk.
Phone mount: check the phone, case and bar
A screen-size range is only one compatibility check. The phone's outside dimensions, case thickness and camera position can also affect fit. Measure the handlebar where the clamp will sit and confirm it is the type of bar the mount accepts.
Our anti-vibration phone mount lists 4.7–7-inch phones and 0.7–1.34-inch round handlebars. Check the complete fit before ordering. Anti-vibration construction should not be treated as a guarantee against camera or phone damage.
Front light: plan the mount and charging routine
Check the space available on your handlebar, the bracket requirements and whether the beam can be aimed correctly. Compare the available modes and charging connection. A maximum lumen figure does not tell you runtime in every mode.
The ROCKBROS RHL3000 listing describes USB-C charging, adjustable beam modes and a 10,000mAh battery. Runtime depends on the settings used. Confirm the mounting fit for your bike.
GPS computer: confirm the features you need
Check the mounting arrangement, maps, phone or app requirements and compatibility with any sensors you plan to use. Do not assume that a GPS bike computer works with every sensor or that all accessories are included.
The iGPSPORT BSC500 listing includes a color touchscreen, map navigation, a speaker and USB-C charging. Ask about any specific sensor or mounting requirement before ordering.
