These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made through IgniteLuxx. IgniteLuxx is operated by ALJANDCO / John Akwala Lokongo, an individual entrepreneur registered in France under SIREN 819 853 961, with a business address at 14 Rue des Tanneurs, 44220 Couëron, France.
1. United States Store
The online store is configured for customers in the United States and prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. We may restrict or cancel orders outside our supported delivery area.
2. Products and Specifications
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. Minor visual differences may occur. Performance figures such as range, speed, charging time, and peak motor output depend on testing conditions and real-world variables and should not be treated as guaranteed results unless expressly stated.
3. E-Bike Classification and Local Rules
E-bike laws differ by state and locality. Motor power, throttle capability, assisted speed, equipment requirements, and permitted riding locations can affect how a product may legally be used. Before riding, customers are responsible for checking and complying with applicable age, helmet, traffic, equipment, registration, licensing, and road or trail rules. A product being offered for sale does not mean it is permitted on every public road or trail.
4. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is authorized or captured, subject to inventory, fraud screening, and our ability to fulfill the order. We may cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable inventory, obvious pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or an unsupported delivery address. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the affected amount will be refunded.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes are shown before completion of checkout when required.
6. Fulfillment and Delivery
Some products are fulfilled directly by authorized third-party warehouses, suppliers, or logistics partners. IgniteLuxx remains the seller and customer-service contact. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers must obtain return instructions before sending an e-bike or lithium battery.
8. Inspection on Delivery
Inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Keep packaging and document any visible shipping damage with photographs. Contact us promptly about missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
9. Warranty and Legal Rights
Any commercial or manufacturer warranty offered for a particular product will be described on that product's page or accompanying documentation. No commercial warranty limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Unauthorized modification, misuse, crash damage, improper assembly, incompatible components, or failure to follow safety and maintenance instructions may affect warranty coverage where permitted by law.
10. Battery and Charging Safety
Use only compatible charging equipment and follow manufacturer instructions for charging, storage, inspection, and transportation. Do not use or charge a battery that is swollen, leaking, punctured, unusually hot, or visibly damaged. Do not modify the battery, charger, or electrical system unless expressly authorized by the manufacturer.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their place of residence when those protections cannot be waived.
