Returns & Refunds

IgniteLuxx offers a 30-day return window after delivery. Because e-bikes are large products and lithium batteries are regulated for transportation, all returns require prior authorization.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. For a discretionary return, the product must be in substantially the same condition in which it was received, with the original components, charger, keys, accessories, manuals and, where reasonably possible, original packaging. Excessive use, misuse, crash damage, unauthorized modification, missing components, or damage occurring after delivery may affect eligibility or the refund amount where permitted by law.

Return Authorization Required

Email contact@igniteluxx.com with your order number and reason for return before shipping anything. We will provide the authorized return destination and instructions. Do not ship an e-bike or lithium battery to our French business address unless IgniteLuxx specifically authorizes that destination in writing.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For an approved return that is not caused by an IgniteLuxx error, defect, transit damage, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable and appropriately insured service suitable for the product and battery. Original expedited or premium shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos or video of the issue and shipping carton when relevant. After verification, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair, replacement, authorized return shipping, or a refund. Customers will not be required to bear reasonable return shipping costs for a verified item that was defective, damaged in transit, or sent incorrectly.

Lithium Battery Safety

Do not ship a battery that is swollen, leaking, punctured, unusually hot, visibly damaged, or otherwise unsafe. Stop using it, keep it away from heat and flammable materials, and contact us for instructions.

Refunds

After an authorized return is delivered and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to initiate an approved refund within 10 business days after inspection; your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will attempt to stop fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment begins. If the order has already shipped, the return process above applies.

Sale Items

Eligible sale or promotional items are not excluded merely because they were discounted, unless an item is clearly identified as final sale before purchase and that restriction is permitted by applicable law.
